I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some highlights like the great views over the pool, lake, and mountains from my room. However, the soft mattress was a letdown. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a fun time. The location, although stunning, was a bit challenging to access for people with mobility issues. The dining options were limited and closed early, which was disappointing. The facilities were basic but adequate for my needs.
